A: Products are created one at a time, from raw materials and I am dedicated to giving each and every order special attention. I will be constructing your order fresh for you and will ship within one week of payment. Shipping confirmations are sent at time of shipment with tracking details. Delivery Confirmation is included, free, with all orders. Orders are packed with recycled catalog pages, donated from our local schools.
- Q: Can I pay to have my order expedited? Why can't I have instant gratification?
A: 1) No. 2) It's handmade. :P Seriously, even after all the wonderful success that I've seen this year, I'm still just a wife and mom making these soaps by hand -- most often, right when they're ordered. So expedited orders and shipping will not get you the order any faster, as I have to make it first!
I don't have a warehouse to go to in order to box your order, I've got a (sterile) kitchen counter -- and if it's not there, that means I've got to make it! However, while handmade doesn't offer instant gratification, it does offer unbeatable quality and that's why I do it that way and why I hope you're ordering from me ;)
